If you want to sell your HDD and you want to permanently delete all files inside it so no one can recover those files anymore in the future, you can use this software.
DBAN can delete all files inside your HDD, but not SSD.
To use this software, download the ISO -> burn the ISO into a CD -> boot with that CD and you can start to delete all files inside your HDD.
