This is an upcoming MMORPG where you can purchase a land and monetize it, so you can get benefit from playing it. The crypto currency name in this game is PIXEL token.
Other players can get PIXEL tokens by playing the game normally like killing monsters, fight against other players in PVP, and many more. After they get enough PIXEL tokens, they can buy the land from the owner, so this game is not P2W type.

This kind of games are becoming very popular but I have nor been able to play one yet. Most of them have not been released yet I think and other are out of my reach, for the moment.
I heard of a project on Steem similar to this one, it is called @Chibera and it will be also a MMORPG with land plots and more things.

I heard about Chibera too, but I guess they still need a few more years to develop it. Their highest perk that contains i9 + RTX2080 need to be upgraded with new hardware when the game released from my opinion, because in a few years I bet the current i9 + RTX2080 price won't be expensive like now.
