this is a great tool for employers to keep track of the productivity of their employees.

It has so many interesting features programmed in it.

Web Monitoring- With this feature, employers can keep track of the productivity of their employees, by tracking the time spent by an employee on non-work related websites or applications during working hours.
Inbuilt working schedule- this is to help the employee stay focused on the job and not derail.
Screenshot Feature- There is an inbuilt screen shot to spy on the employees PC randomly.
Alert Mechanism- This is designed to go off when an employees productivity declines.
