One of the new features of this HF20 that was recently made in steemit is the ability to create and claim accounts by paying them with their credits of resources, although this is very expensive.
But we all know that apart from the fact that it is very expensive and these new accounts are almost unusable, because with this application you won't have to wait and you will be able to reclaim accounts in steemit with discounts using few resources without payment fees, you will only have to wait to recover your RC to reclaim again, you don't think it's great.
In addition the accounts created with this application, have a respectable amount of RC to interact with the chain of blocks, which gives them an advantage over other newly created accounts.

Infestor is a great command line application also open source. I have seen this project distributed by @emrebeyler about 9 hours ago through its contribution via utopian. So he is the creator of this tool, I'm sure you forgot to add him as the beneficiary of this hunt :)
