DJI has announced a new VR headset for your drone. The new DJI Goggles Racing Edition are a decent improvement over the initial Goggles, plus they’ve got a bunch of new add-ons to round out the experience.

At first glance, these look like the black colored Goggles some may have wished for, but under the hood they do a lot more.

The Dji Goggles Racing Edition are compatible with the new OcuSync video transmission module and a high-performance camera module. This results in digital video transmission with a latency as low as 50ms as well as analogue. The Goggles can be used with a range of DJI drones or the camera can be mounted on a huge number of third-party vehicles and aircraft.

The Dji Goggles RE feature the same dual 1080p HD screens as the original Goggles and can still be used with a HDMI input for a unique viewing experience

Here is my take on this
Pros :

The device takes Drone flying experience to next level .
User get a clear cut view of the video recorded with the drone
The device has great design

Cons :

The device may be not be friendly to use for first time users . You need to practise with it alot

Pros:
From the above reviews, I can conclude that DJI Goggles Racing Edition deserves to be recommended. Why?.

Has Great Features.
Sync with OcuSync able to generate video latency below 50ms. This ensures the view is not broken.

It has all the features of previous versions (DJI Goggles) including 1080p Screen and HDMI Input. But there is an addition to the Sphere Pano display side to produce a smoother look.

Can be used for racing. Although it looks funny, but RE (Racing Edition) was created for drone races. The sensation gave, of course, more adrenaline trigger up to the limit.

Record and Share Features. Even more unique, you can record drone activities, then process them to be shared with everyone. Show that you are the best drone rider !!!.

Cons:
Nothing. Recommended Product !!! from @calprut.

Pros:

Another cool thing made by DJI
I really love VR so this would be a plus to this device
It has a DJI Goggles RE feature which is the same dual 1080 HD screens as the original goggles
It is compatible with the new OcuSync video transmission module
You can jump into action and experience the thrill of a drone racing with the DJI goggles racing edition

Cons:

This is really an awesome experience to do, so I would say no cons at the moment!

man, i'd love to play with one of those really FAST racing drones, they look like a LOT of fun... i'd probably crash it like after a few minutes thou! :) -- wonder if that thing is heavy or not. ..

Pros :

It has provide a dual 1080p HD screen which provides a better quality viewing
It is covered with high-quality red leather
You can fly with smooth, clear video and even experience the thrill of drone racing
It does have ultimate speed, stability and clarity
It does support multiple playback formats
Provides more compatibility and more comfort

Cons:

It is quite expensive with the price of $549

Pros:

The video quality is very impressive. With 1080p HD, it is like you are the one who is flying because of the sceneries that you see
This googles can deliver quality videos with clarity and stability even if it is running with ultimate speed
It is made with quality materials. Thus, it is perfect for any weather conditions.

Cons:

Quite expensive but the innovation it gives is worth the price

pros:

This DJI racing drone provides super Cool innovation
High-performance camera and transmit long distance video signal
Ability to fly smooth , clear and seems challenging racing drone to give it a try
Offers advance and high-tech powerful features
seems to have stable flight as it is supported by gimbal

cons:

quite pricey and suitable only for racers.

I like this VR headset. It makes it easer to experience the fun of drone racing.
Pros:
• Has dual 1080p HD screens
• Improved first person view due to the sphere pano viewing and local video playback
• Supports 12 wireless channels
• Beautiful design
• It is possible to pair two headsets, allowing friends to enjoy the race
Cons:
• It is very expensive
