It is a Facebook Messenger bot capable of tracking our training effort. It works with 3 simple steps:
1- Enter the page that directs us directly to Facebook
2- Follow-up of steps through menssenger, saving progress and granting routines according to the commands that are given.
3- When writing "Stats" you access our statistics.
A command is sent as the following example: "EXERCISE #WEIGHT / #REPETITIONS / #NUMBER_OF_SETS", "Butterfly 30/15/3".
Includes cardio routines.
easy, simple and without payments. a tool that we should all know.
