Its more like an IQ test, it would be also fun and easy way to find JOBS. The app is not very common, I doubt that there a Jobs posted. There are only 5000+ installed, the apps needs more marketing for Job Posters and Job Seekers.

This is truly a fun concept in finding your suitable worker in terms of IQ I believe. I don't think that it will work 100% but it is sure is a fun way for the employer to shortlist their candidates. Its fun for the job seekers too.
