When it comes to meditation, there are a lot of sources like apps or YouTube videos. Sattva is one of them. It offers a rare collection of guided meditations and mantras, collection of music and chants.
What makes this app exceptional, is the possibility of experience exchanging with your friends or other Sattva users. It feels more like a social network, having a feed section.

I think meditations is good choice. Many peoples suffering from anxiety, depression, and stress so this is awesome solution. Nice Hunt.

There is a big push towards mindfulness these days. This could be an awesome app to help with that. I know my wife has been trying to do more of this. I will have to let her know about the app

I am using Sattva. This is very high volume apps. Don't miss any person. Because it is as good as YouTube.
