I think one thing we can agree on, as we grow older, our health starts to become a priority, that is, if it really wasn't in our youth. What better way to start to look after ourselves other than by monitoring our food intake?
One Company, Healbe, is dedicating their resources to help us stay in check with our calories intake right at the tap of a button. With their GOBE2 Smart device, one can not only monitor their calories intake, you can also your emotional state in real time, and amazing, automatically manage your water intake.
This device has also been know to help monitor and guide in weight-loss journeys by helping ensure energy balance, and it also works with most health apps. It also monitors your heart rate among other things.

You wanna say that this little device can monitor all that? I mean, it sounds way too good but, also amazing because it is hard if not even impossible to track all the calories you're taking and burning. I'd get one if it would be more affordable but, maybe in the future when the technological market evolves even more.

You are right my dear friend, health is one of the most important things and with that you don't play and this device is not playing either, its utilities are very extensive and it is definitely a great product, that of monitoring your emotional state seems very useful to me, so you know how your body reacts and I love the function of monitoring your water consumption daily, you know to be well hydrated, is very good.
