For anyone who has taken a long flight or is a constant traveller understands how difficult it can be sometimes to overcome jetlag. Sleep deprivation, poor concentration and fatigue are just dome of the issues one jas to deal with as a result of moving from one time Zone to another. A result done at Stanford University discovered that,
short bursts of light during sleep are effective in adjusting the body’s natural circadian rhythms
As such, the Neuroon Smart Sleep Tracker uses this knowledge to provide light therapy to alleviate jet lag.
It is a sleeping mask that is normally worn during travel and composes of the mask, smartpack that contains electronics, sensors and an app that controls the mask using Bluetooth wireless technology. What is super amazing about it is, you can set your destination on the app and its mask will automatically generate the appropriate light therapy when its wearer sleeps.It also helps in lucid dreaming and gives account sleep analytics.

I, myself, have no sleeping issues, I can sleep anywhere at any time but, I do have a couple of friends who have troubles falling asleep and, I am sure that this can help. I haven't heard about this tech as of yet, but it does sound interesting.

@elsiekjay, cool hunt but a bit on the expensive side. Will get it when it goes on sale, but something that is perfect for me as I travel a lot and this will certainly help me adjust to jetlags much faster and not to waste time in adjusting to sleep. Thank you.
