This is some top notch R&D work. I really want to try this out and the application are many although the first thing I though of was omni-sensory movie experiences. But that's a long way from where we are today. But we have to start from somewhere. So we'll have to stick with he medical developments now.
Tools like this will help diagnose and understand patients better and may help us with physiotherapy. The most optimistic thing about all this is making the device open source which opens up many roads both in usage and future developments. great hunt!

i don't understand a single buzz word you've used and also don't see any practical use for this. Unless we have got doctors on sh looking for what to get next for their hospital to better serve patients, i don't think anyone will find this useful.
