I am basically sports lover and in my college, university life i took part in lot of games. I am always fond of to maintain my body fitness level so try to do exercise daily. So many of my friends are body builders and a body builder is always worried about his muscles. And I hope "The XLFLEX" is a perfect for them so they can track and monitor their muscle size during workout, a great and advance technology involved in it.
