Introducing "FLIR DefendIR" provides you a full image even in darkness. DefendIR provides optical zooming continuously that make easy to focus on target. And also gives 360° pan capable for easier tracking.
The Ranger DefendIR is ideally suited for day and night perimeter security, maritime surveillance, and DHS/DoD applications. The ruggedized housing is environmentally sealed and certified to meet NEMA4X and IP66 specifications, standing up to the most challenging weather and temperature conditions.

It is quite light It has a good image performance, resolution and simple use. Thermal vision has many uses, such as obtaining ant caves or seeing pipes in the home with hydronic heating.
