Thanks for yet another hunt. To be entirely honest, I’m not convinced that having larger ink cartridges makes this printer an innovative or cool item. All it means in my book is that Brother, after having found a way to allow only expensive cartridges anymore is now also hunting those who use (alternative) ink bottles piped through the traditional (chipped) cartridges.

Yet, while it is Friday already here and my opinion may be biased - because of a loathing of the “monopoly” on cartridges with integrated chips - I can accept this model is a rather “novel approach” for a big brand like Brother and have approved your hunt.

Note: I will approve such printer ONLY once! ;)
