Maybe living in a nice wooden, self-sustaining Fab Lab house isn’t your thing because you’re too nomadic for that.
Then the expiremental Walking House by Danish studio N55 is what you’ve always been looking for.
And yes, worry not, it has a solar panel on the roof too, even micro windmills. And a wood burner in the middle.
Yet, it’s rather rudimentary though on the inside.
But that can always be improved upon.
Best of all, the walking house is modular so you can combine multiple or find other Walking House fans and hold meetup parties.
At your Walking Village.
Traveling requires a little patience though as the Walking House can move only 60 meters per hour.
But you bet you will be the coolest in town wherever you arrive.

This sounds like a lot of fun but it's actually great, the fact that it's modeling and you can put several together makes it even better, we can meet in the country with our houses each and have a great time, its design a little simple inside, but it meets the goal, be nomadic.

60 meter per hour, HUH 😝, Better not move it unless absolutely needed, though it can move on all sorts of terrain. Good is that, they are providing customization as well, so one can build based on his need, but I am wondering, why someone would go for this instead of a standard living in a home ?

Super cool, gives moving houses a totally different meaning - instead on one moving from one house to the other, the house moves while one stays. It is slow, 1.4 kms in a day. Nonetheless, this may just be the epitome of coolness. Great hunt @fknmayhem

Advantages:-
(1) If one is traveling like a nomad then this is best solution.
(2) The walking house is really very very compact in its design and octagonal shape is making it more stable as well.
(3) Micro windmills and solar panel attached to it is really going to solve the problem of household energy requirement.

The right choice for modern nomads.
It is designed as a module which means the possibility of upgrading to larger units.
Simply - it has everything a man needs for to live in any weather.
You do not need to build, have not a wall or any building permits ...
You just have to go on some "land without owner" where you can stop and make your homestead.
