Technology has reached the sport, the Wilson brand, launches the first smart basketball, Wilson X; which works through a chip that shows the performance of the ball in the shot; so you can review the shots you've tried, the ones you hit, the ones that fail and the distance from where you throw the ball.
All this you will see by means of a mobile application that you can download on your Android for free, in which the data and statistics of each game made are shown; The quality of the ball is excellent, its structure is leather and with a great grip, its weight and design is the same as conventional balls.
It has four game methods:
Free Range: you adjust it for shooting session

This is amazing because one of the issues with tracking performance in any field is that you often have to do it consciously but, this eliminates that burden, and the player can give all of his focus to the game. I think this sets the base for a new kind of coaching and improvement strategies.
