If you want to spend your valuable time in a valuable work then maybe you should stop scrolling around your social medias. Sometimes social medias will make you lazy and will stop you from doing some important works.
So I want to introduce to you an application that will help you to spend less in social medias and that is Feedless!
Feedless is an application that will block your social media feeds. It will not block all of your feeds so you can still view few latest feeds. Currently, this is only available in IOS.

Social media is one of the worst time waster I know, a trip there to check a message or notification will sometimes end up wasting 2 hours of one's life. This sort of app is a must on every mobile gadgets, I hope this app will release its android version soon for it to catch on.
