Knowing ourselves and our emotions can help us control it.We need to learn our emotions so that we will know how should we react on any thing that happened to us.
Moodprint can help us overcome this. It will record our daily emotions. All you have to do is to respond to them of what you feel everyday. You can then monitor all your emotions in the past days. And they will help you to study the patterns of your emotions in a day or in a aweek.

I really need to get this as I always have mood swings. One minutes I am on top of the world and the next the sky is falling mood takes over. This will to some extent give me the idea of my mood pattern and fix it before it comes. Thanks for this hunt.
