One mobile (or web) application provides role based secure messaging, voice communication and critical alert notification along with on-call schedule management. I bet most of the government would probably moderate this and get some funds and taxes from this app. Its pretty useful, but the government wouldn't allow businesses to be successful on their own. IMO here in the PH, they do it. They moderate things, even if the specific app or initiative is convenient.

Good one. Communication is among the highest priorities of any organization and probably the one that fails the most often.
Especially in the ER - where I can attest as a patient, is a kind of "hotbed" of miscommunication and "mis-comprehension".
Hopefully this will, or will be part of systems that improve data security (yes, hackers have stooped so low already) and as or more importantly, make records that are fragmented: at different facilities and archives- accessible very quickly on a need to know basis. This has been in the works so my hope is that projects that come into regular use will be all be part of a cooperative effort, sharing some resources and systems.
