SL-Commander is all terrain that has been merged with a lot of robotic technology with the firm intention of converting it into a vehicle capable of surviving in any kind of terrain on Earth or off Earth, since this vehicle is designed to even move on the surface of the moon and perhaps soon on Mars.
One of the most outstanding features of this vehicle is that it can be controlled at a distance in the same way that a rover could be controlled to increase its usefulness in missions where it has to be used as a means of rescue or search.
The SL Commander is an automated all-terrain test-bed for lunar technologies that is able to navigate and drive itself, with or without a human! The SL Commander is a terrestrial vehicle that has been modified to test space technologies to advance their development, which has, in return, helped the development of terrestrial vehicles.

It would be really awesome if we could get this to moon. Best part is the self driving system although I think they will have to do a lot of training the AI to get the best out of the vehicle. SL-Commander has a lot of room for customization and 40 km/h is a decent top speed.

Should come in handy for the Mars missions right? Hell I'd love to have one just get around the neighborhood....... no more cart paths for this guy ;) I could even have it start and stop as my intoxicated friends tried their damndest to enter it after the weekly poker game for a ride back home......... oh what fun!
