I use a lot of kitchen knives when cooking in the kitchen.
But what is the simplest way to sharpen a knife?
This product is a product that can sharpen a knife anytime, anywhere easily, It is very lightweight and the angles of the knives are very specific. I wish it had a base that held it steady or the ability to attach to the counter top.

This looks like a pretty cool knife sharpner, but I am reluctant to buy yet one more gadget to store when an old fashioned whetstone works fine, never wears out, and is time tested.
