You can create your own training programme with Boulder Trainer.
For sure it will be more efficient if you use an app, even you just have a door frame or your own fingerboad.
This app comes with 43 fingerboards but you also have chance to set up your own handmade training board.
You just need to take a photograph, add numbers to every hold and that's all.
And you can create your own exercises now. You will be better in bouldering and climbing by Boulder Trainer.
