This app guides one meticulously through all the steps starting from way of sitting, energizing exercises, relaxation, breath control, Hong sau meditation, musical recitations and kirtans, need based meditation and much more. Very good for beginners and others intending to step into this field.

This is the BEST app for all stages of meditation-beginning to advanced. I love the pre-set meditations, but even better is the section where personalized meditations can be set up.
