Here is a photo of a carabao behind the man. It is the best photo that I can get from pixabay.
Carabao is one of our national symbols because it is our national animal. It was chosen so because of the heavy labor that it does for people specifically for farmers. We dub people who are working so hard as "working like a carabao".
