A new day, a new hunt. Today I switch from the normal physical hunts to something that can benefit your mind, body and wallet. Today's hunt is called Mood-up, an app created by Elena Barchi.
Mood-up has a wide array of quotes in different categories such as Love, Health, Finance and Friendship. These quotes are designed to inspire you to improve your life in each one of these aspects.
You have the ability to read or listen to the quotes and you can also share them on any of your social media sites.
Being in the right frame of mind is importnat and often overlooked in society these days. There is a lot of concern over physical health, we go to the doctor when we sprain our ankle or scrape our knee, however we rarely, if ever go to the doctor when we feel down or are having difficulties mentally. This app is a sort of way for self-remediation.
Lots of us commute to work on a daily basis, aimlessly playing video games, tweeting and checking out the latest "fake News" trends, why not spend a few extra minutes each day becoming a little more motivated to reach our goals?
