The first thing that came to mind when I saw this was a movie I saw years back. I can no longer remember the title and the actual scene, but was very similar to this except that what was used was a wooden one. I'm not sure if it's Kung Fu panda? Anyway, the product looks neat. Trainee now has to dodge something after making an offense.
