Endel is an app for iOS that help you sleep better and relax by giving you personalized sounds custom made for you. Endel uses an algorithm to track your location, time zone, weather, and heart rate to create sounds that will help you relax.
The app include four modes:
• Relax Mode - calms your mind to create feelings of comfort and safety
• Focus Mode - boosts your productivity by helping you concentrate for longer
• On-the-Go Mode - adapts to your personal tempo when you’re out & about

I tried this 2 weeks ago. I keep it playing in the background while working and also to fall asleep to at night. It provides a really lovely ambient backdrop to focus, relax, anything that benefits from calm and clarity of mind. Effective over speakers/sound bar or in earphones. I’m now a happy subscriber.
