It has not happened to you that you find a place to park and the parking meter does not work or there is no electric light and therefore the units do not work. I have this problem a lot in Los Angeles. It's a real pain. If this were an actual fix then it would be a great idea. It certainly looks like the exact meters we have here. I wonder if the cities would be willing to pay.
