Health is everyone's dream, but health can not we just get it. One good way to get health is by a healthy lifestyle and exercise.
Technology about health has been created, one of them is Biostrap Total Health.
Because with this Total Health Biostrap we can train ourselves and measure duration, speed, consistency and others.

Pros:
The advantages of Biostrap Total Health is in my personal opinion is the convenience to monitor our health, just through footsteps that we do.
Uniquely, this is connected with the Smartphone, so the ease of tracking really become a reality.
Moreover, you can immediately get statistics about what benefits you've got, then you can also schedule what the next health plan. The rest will be handled by Biostrap Total Health.
Cons:
Because the tool is small, it is prone to damage and disappear.
