Luna is an opensource visual programming language that targets more on data processing and visualization. Luna targets data processing for data science, IoT, bioinformatics, graphic design and architecture.
Luna offers its user to literally draw data flow to easily understand the relationships between each components. It utilize a data flow modeling whiteboard instead of the hard codes.
Luna visualize the result by using color variant on graphs. This is helpful to easily interpret the data. In addition, you can zoom in to each nodes in the data flow.

Wow such a coincidence. This post is written for me!!!!!! I am a bioinformatician. This software is awesome I never used it until now but I heard of it by my teacher. She would say this is advance thing and you should learn it. I am bit busy learning python but once I am done with it I am going for luna. This is really great!!!!
We usually have to interpret the data specifically the biological data. Other kinda simulation programs help to do it quickly and accurately too.

Very interesting idea! Question: how do you aim to keep up transparency AND complexity?
The more components a service has, the harder it is to see through. And visualisations like this, as far as I know, have some non-trivial issues.
