Insightful by talentful is a quiz based platform to help you find your tribe and see what type of work or team best suits you. This is definitely a new approach to job searching that will help people find more fulfilment in their careers.

The platform was born from a belief that even the most brilliant people will only hit their full potential when surrounded by a balanced and supportive team. Our tailored questions algorithmically calculate your personality in real time to give you one of eight personality archetypes.
The system then compares the results with those generated by team members who you’d work with to give a cultural fit score.
The score is there to help you find the right fit, and it won’t be visible to anyone else.

I think this is just the right place to go to help connect individuals with a job they'll not only love but perform best at.
