Adolf Hitler was a German dictator who led the Nazi Party to power in Germany in the 1930s. He was responsible for the deaths of millions of people, including Jews, homosexuals, and other groups that he considered to be inferior. He committed suicide in 1945 as the Allied forces were closing in on Berlin.
