Grayscale Bitcoin Trust known as GBTC is a traditional investment vehicle with shares titled in the investors name, providing a familiar structure for financial and tax advisors and easy transferability to beneficiaries under estate law. Often they have premium meaning big buys know when the price is going so its worth to watch their premium per share.
