Nice hunt and app.I prefer the old school way to learn that could be 1on1 or online lessons.I cannot call myself a bassist but I have been playing for six years :) Still if you wanna improve yourself in this way I can recommend the game that called "RockSmith".

thanks for the feedback @lakethefire and you are right, this is similar to Rocksmith app that can be for guitar and bass, and also this application is almost like FL Studio or fruity loops, only more specific to the bass tools are made, but the same application developers have already made drum-tool versions and can sync between their apps,
and hey, i played guitar almost 30 years and still mediocre .. hahaha .. just hobby and love music, no more than that :)
