Amazing improvement of govt services through usage of technology. However, upon reading the reviews it appears, notary services begin at $25, but the app does not tell you that, until someone goes till the end, uploading all docs, and giving last 4 digits of SSN. I think, it should clearly mention this in the app install site only (in Google Play) so that people can take an informed decision.
