With flair you don't need to regulate the thermostat manually because the flair automatically does the regulation and adjusting.

Cooling and heating takes a lot of energy and with flair the cooling and heating is done in the room you want it so energy saved and cost

You can install it on the floors, ceilings or walls. It works very well with Nest thermostat

Pros / Cons

Pros:

Perfect Gadget for setting your home temperature. This can be used for the temperature temperature that is most comfortable for you, whether it is warm, or cool, or even hot / cold.
Easy to install. You just install it on the floor, walls, windows, roof, etc.
Rich data and control from any device. Due to syncing with App, you can control it from any device.

Cons:

None.

My Opinion:

This is perfect for making a home very comfortable.

Be aware; Pucks are not 'programmable' in the sense that you cannot create 'rules'... ie: if the outside air temp is between 68 and 73, then turn AC off. It can use geolocation and a basic schedule... but nothing more... almost worthless honestly.

Pros :

A good item for environmental friendly, as well as enhancing comfort.
A smart home must have item, works perfectly with your smartphone, you don't have to bother searching the remote anymore
Easy setting up and installation

Cons :

Simply put on the floor so this product will work to measure the heat and cooling your room.
