If you are reading/viewing anything interesting on the web and wanna check Reddit and/or Hacker News if there is any post there on that specific topic for further reading etc, Newsit will help you out and bring the results in seconds.
Newsit is a Google Chrome and Firefox extension, which simultaneously load related pages' information from Reddit and Hacker News when you open any page in any of these browsers.
Features (as stated on the Extension's download page):
- Adds link to Reddit post if it was posted there.
- Adds link to Hacker News post if it was posted there.
- Displays number of comments for that discussion on link.
- Works asynchronously as the page loads.
