They can showcase their performances and can also participate in the competitions to be recognized and get prizes/rewards as well.

      Agreed, buddy. I hope, some of music related SE tribes would initiate something like this or at least announce some kind of contests, in which the winners would be rewarded with different musical instruments, like guitars, violins etc etc.
