Its the best solution for many many problems you know i always get suffocation while exercising on gym and that causes a kind of dulness in our exercise i dont whats the reason behind it that when we start exercising our nose gets a little bit blocky ? not in other time ? i think because of heavy pressure while weight lifting ? ...

I just laugh while watching the video as this is the truth we youngsters struggle in breathing while doing any active work and this is totally for us to relax and breath strongly and easily which automatically impact on our health to be good

Suffocation is not a breathing problem. Given that this is a nasal strip, I'd buy only once I've seen someone using it, someone who can vouch for it.
