Hunter's comment

94% of the top viewed television shows are broadcast over the air (citation sourced as Nielsen). What does this mean? If you have your own antenna, then you can access those broadcasts and watch them, too!

Alternatively, you could pay for satellite or cable in order to watch the TV shows you love, but cable bills for example are getting pretty expensive pretty fast. Entertainment comes at a price... But does that price have to be $100 a month in some cases?

Mohu has a variety of solutions for making watching your favorite TV shows more affordable. The one linked here, the Leaf indoor TV antenna, is only $18 and its promise is that especially if you're in a dense population area (where I imagine broadcast strength is stronger), you can get access to networks like ABC, CBS, FOX, and more without having to pay an additional monthly fee.

The installation is also fairly straightforward - apply it to a wall! The design is fairly unobtrusive, too, one might think it was already part of the wall.

As with all things, I'd love to see this in person but the price of this means that it can pay for itself after just one month in my case!

that's a cool stuff to try. aside from it's economical it has my favorite channels that come with it. thanks for sharing about this. For me I don't need a lot of channels like the cable services out there in the market have because let's face it, from those tons of channel you hardly watch every one of them right?

7. Post “Cool” Products

In Steemhunt, the coolness is decided by hunter’s upvotes. If many people think that a product is really cool, then the ranking is likely to be higher than other products. However, all products that are hunted in the first place should be somewhat cooler than other products. When a hunter decides to introduce the product to our community, it must not be a generic product. It should have some killer features that make people say “wow.” If your product is considered to be ordinary, the moderators may hide your hunt.

:( I thought the ability to knock out cable bills was pretty cool... Frees up money to buy a lot more cool things... But I guess I see...

hey @motordrive the ability is certainly cool- I won't argue that- it's just not anything new or innovative for that kind of product, this type of antenna is pretty well known and not new tech --thanks for understanding!
