The Samsung HMD Odyssey+ hasn't just put a little plus sign at the end of its name, its put a massive plus in its technology. The new technology is called anti-SDE and takes the resolution from 616ppi to 1233ppi, which improves immersion and helps prevent dizziness and nausea. And to make it even better, it is the same price as the older version at $499.
Samsung Anti-SDE AMOLED Display diffuses light coming from each pixel and replicating the picture to areas around each pixel. This makes the spaces between pixels near impossible to see. In result, your eyes perceive the diffused light as part of the visual content, with 1233PPI, double that of the already high 616PPI of the previous generation Samsung HMD OdysseySource - Samsung

I have yet to try one of these things. I haven't really tried playing any VR game except for the game my brother has which was scary. After that, I really haven't tried doing it again. Perhaps because of this development where it mentions that it has technology that prevents dizziness, then 'perhaps' I may try again should time and need permit.

Product is very good quality, arrived as expected and works perfectly. Extremely happy with the buy.Samsung really made a great headset for the price. Resolution is on pr with the Vive Pro which costs $1500 (headset & controllers). But dear @mrfringe one think i don't like that is this headset is the controllers can only track in front of you, and they rely on Bluetooth which can get a little finnicky at setup

VR is getting more and more wide accepted. Devices, like this are making it a lot more attractive. The resolution of this one is a big pro, and the same price as the old model as well.
