PlazarJS is a framework developers can use to create a single-page applications. PlazarJS can can integrated to a portion of a web page where dynamic workflow is required.
PlazarJS is designed to help you build the application the way you want it without forcing you to follow a path you do not think is suitable for the application you are developing. The main focus is on good old trio, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. source
To create widgets for your single page, just read how to integrate component to your page from the PlazarJS website. The docs section of the site is detailed enough to walk developers through on using PlazarJS.
With its HTML, CSS and JavaScript features, it makes developer job easier.

I've learned html , and css recently and i swear its not easy as you think but when i train more to make new html and css i will definitely improve and know their basics, Maybe its time to start a new framework or styles in html and that is JAVASCRIPT.
