I love model railways but sadly don't have my own layout so to feed my addiction I use Trax to constsntly design and modify my dream layout.
Trax V2.0 is the latest incarnation of this absolutely free piece of software thag allows you to design model railways. It has track templates from over 100 manufacturers in multiple gauges as well as paintbrush and sculpting tools to add landscape and really bring your designs to life. Its easy to modify and fiddle around with your masterpiece and you have simple drag and drop for adding flexi-track sections.
After you have finished, share your design as there is a huge Trax community to advise and critique your plans.
Another incredible feature is the ability to overlay the templates onto aerial or satellite photos to create a model layout based directly from the prototype.
And the best part? It's free. No ifs or buts or catches. Absolutely free.
As its web-based, it works on all devices on all OS in any format.

I can see you have passion for gambling.
