i think this is a great hunt. posture is so important to prevent injuries that are not addressable in the future. i like that it keeps bones and joints in correct alignment. because if bones become awry or lose their shape then, people would become a walking amoeba. i also am very happy to know that posture can ensure that bones always fit into joints properly.
