If you are working as teamleader or manager you need to create shift for all employees. And its not always easy to do that. You need to calculate everything and every employee must be agree with that.

Here comes ShiftGenius to help you with that. You just need to add all members of your team and specify their preferences. Give the time period and it will generate you the perfect shift. It uses AI to do that and its done really quick.

As example they give "Nurse Rotation, Restaurant Schedule and Day Care Schedule. You can check these examples and create yours. You don't need to create an account and this service is 100% free.

    Scheduling was the task I despised more than any other. Sure I had special software that "did it" so I have doubts about this product too but it sounds like it allows you to input data that matters to everyone, rather than the one I had that was provided by corporate who seemed to think that I could maintain results while constantly training due to employee turnover. Any effort in this direction deserves a vote on behalf of managers and workers everywhere.
