How are you supposed to relax on your hols when you're constantly worrying that you've left the iron on at home and your house is gonna catch fire at any minute? Easy! You can install Netatmo's latest smart device to your ceiling.
Using optical sensors, this stylishly understated gadget will detect the first signs of smoke and immediately start pinging alerts to your and your partner's smartphone so that you can call the fire brigade. If you accidentally set it off when you're at home (damn that cheap toaster), you can use your phone to silence it via Bluetooth.
And as for those annoying beeps you usually get when smoke alarm runs our of juice? No bother - this one will calculate when its 10-year battery is on its way out and keep you posted via a notification.
I think that it has all you need for such a mandatory device in your house to keep you ease asleep.

Good device as it links to our phone. Can be turned off remotely if there's a false alarm. And if there is really an emission of smoke and most probably fire, it can notify us quickly. I love this. Good hunt.
