Sleeping well can mean sometimes closing a hard day, taking some break from harsh work, making something you like or love, let the body regenerate or enrich our mind with beautiful dreams. But...what do we do when this is not possible and instead of a good night sleep, we struggle in bed with different issues and we wake up in the morning more tired than when we went to bed...?

I dont like the design but the purpose trumps every negative imo. Sound sleep is important. How does it work though? As what is the tech behind?
