I was quite excited with Ubio-X Pro2's technology when I watched its presentation video. It is a contactless face & fingerprint recognition terminal and recognizes faces at a distance up to 3 meters, authenticates when user walks through the gates. Integrated thermal camera measures user's body temperature and in case of fever, the user is denied for accessing and the log data is recorded on the serve

The Ubio X-Pro 2 has fake face detection technology.
Matching speed is 20,000 face templates and 200,000 fingerprint templates within 1 second.

The big question for the posy-covid world is, "Does this technologu work when everyone is wearing a mask?" I suppose the lighter masks can be edited out but the darker masks will conceal much more.
