The rest is up to them. They are stackable, and you can grow your home slowly. The Casita which is the model they are having on special runs about 50 grand shipped and unfolded on your house ready site. You have to have a concrete base, water and energy services connected. Also energy Bill's run only 30 bucks a month. These houses are mold resistant, fire resistant, bug resistant. Truly the home of the future. I think this can help lots of families slowly rebuild lost lives. Mortgages run about 250 a month or buy outright . Really great idea, strong product and I think the answer to a lot of people's future
