Intro
Safety and security of your employees at workplace is very much important. If you don't do it, not only they might lose their peace of mind but also it will hurt their performance that eventually is bad for business. There are so many apps that promise to help employees during emergencies. However, not all of them are good. This one is great because it lets anyone in danger report the event effortlessly. Even the witnesses can do the job without letting anyone else knowing about it. This makes it great to counter harassment and bullying culture.

I'm employed myself and that's why I'm familiar with office environment and its issues and this app seems great to counter bullying and harassment specially for women.

I did not really get the idea of how this app works based on the description and hunter's comment. I had to go to the product site and research on my own.
Anyway, the app does not really prevent safety issue but is more of a tool to report safety issue which means the issue already happened. Here is what it does, from the product link:

@rabeel Hello dear friend. excellent finding, without a doubt the job security is very important in people and in the costs of the owners.
Some years ago this topic began to be treated better and it happened for two reasons, the first and main one is that they have related the costs of the insurance that is negotiated once a year, to the level of accident of the employees, when a company has major accidents of jobs, the insurance costs are higher.
The second reason is that there is more dissemination of employee rights, today the employee can choose the delegate who belongs to the organization who defends their rights, these issues were that made employers take greater precautions in types of insurer.

Wonderful application specialy designed for employees security. Those worker who do their job outside office in the field and other areas they need safety. Specially female staff has issues about their safety. So Employee First is a best safety tool due to which workers feel free to do their duties without any stress and tension. So nice hunt @rabeel.

Giant companies usually take help from different software to manage and control of the office environment also to handle harassment. But this tool looks like handy and any organization can get help from this.
I love the feature that employees can report any occurrence with out letting it know by other employee. Which is much needed to neutralized office environment.

Hi, is this an in house tool for the company called reliance capital? Just checked the link, and its not, so what is the rcap image doing here? Its confusing.
Anyway, this is going to be needed in all workplaces. There is a big difference between work ethics of baby boomers and millenials and the ideas of strong personality is also changing. Manager are expected to have more eq. And employees, from millennial generation are more vocal about their feelings. Now you can't be called a wuss for opening up emotionally. Firms have to address, bullying and what was ok before.
